What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We’ve tried our best to implement a number of shipping options in order to accommodate as many of our valued customers as possible. 

  1. Orders can be couriered directly to you at a fee
    • Within Gauteng R100
    • Outside Gauteng R150
  2. You can collect your order directly from us in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
    • This is a free option but only available with prior arrangements.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All of our items are heartmade to order! We do keep a few standard items in stock but it is difficult to keep an abundance of stock as we are still a small business. It generally takes us 7-10 working days to make and dispatch your order. Thereafter, the courier services generally take 2-3 working days to get your items to you. If you do need something urgently, feel free to contact us directly over WhatsApp or Email to see if we can make a plan!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately not. That’s definitely the dream though!

You do not need an account in order to place an order  but if you plan on buying from us more regularly (which we’re certain that you will!), signing up by creating an account does make the checkout process a lot easier.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then get started on your order! When your order is complete and ready to be dispatched, you will receive another email with all the tracking details.

How Can I Return a Product?

All of the necessary information regarding a product is available on the product list before you checkout. If you do wish to return a product, please send through an email to bmdesigns06@gmail.com with your order number and the reason you wish to return your product. Returns must take place within 10 days of receiving the order. Depending on the reason for the return (general dissatisfaction, faulty/damaged product, wrong item received, etc), we will determine who will be liable for the shipping costs for the item to be returned to us.
